Minor gripes: initial heat took ages, and the water cools a touch when the bubbles run constantly in colder weather. A cheap insulation mat under the tub plus keeping the lid on between sessions helped. Still calling it a win—good value for the features

We’ve had our Oslo for just over two years and it’s still going strong! Setup was straightforward and we’ve kept it on our patio ever since. It easily fits our family of six, and the rigid sides make it feel like a permanent spa while still being portable. The hydro jets soothe aching muscles and the mood‑lighting around the rim is a fun touch. When our kids accidentally poked a hole in the liner, Declan at Aurelian Wellness walked us through the repair and even sent us a patch kit. We just keep the water balanced and enjoy it year‑round. If you treat it well, it really lasts.

Am simply delighted with this hot tub. I had a cheaper blow up version and this is so much better. I don’t understand the poor reviews. It’s such a brilliant concept. Hard walls. Simple to use.

The whole process from ordering to delivery has been exceptionally good. Helpful and friendly company. The delivery was excellent and the boxes were placed exactly where I asked. Once we laid all items out it was simple to put together. The product itself is brilliant. My husband loves it and says it is very comfortable. He has been in it nearly every night since it has been put up.
