1. Your Right to Cancel & Return

  • 14-Day Return Window
    You may cancel or return any non-custom item within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving a reason, in line with UK & EU consumer regulations.

  • Eligibility

    • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

    • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    Custom-built products (e.g. steel chambers) and bespoke installations are excluded from this policy.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@aurelianwellness.com within 14 days of receipt.

  2. Provide your order number, product name/MPN, and reason for return.

  3. Return by Mail

    • Eligibility
      You may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within fourteen days of delivery.

    • How to Request a Return
      Email info@aurelianwellness.com with your full order number to obtain a return authorisation number.

    • Packaging
      Pack the product securely in its original box or in equivalent protective packaging. Include the return authorization number inside the package.

    • Shipping Cost
      We will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

    • Refunds
      Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within five business days of receipt.

3. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

  • On Receipt / Installation: Please inspect your equipment immediately.

  • If you discover a defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@aurelianwellness.com

  • We will assess and arrange for repair, replacement, or full refund as appropriate—at no extra cost to you.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

  • Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email info@aurelianwellness.com

5. European Union Cooling-Off Rights

  • For deliveries to any EU member state, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under the EU Distance Selling Regulations.

  • Follow the same Request a Return process above.

  • Refunds under this provision will be handled as in Section 5.
