Delivery Information

This product will be delivered and installed by our professional 2-man delivery team. On the agreed date, our team will carefully bring the item to your chosen location, position it safely, and complete the installation. All packaging will be removed and disposed of for your convenience, leaving the product fully set up and ready for use.

If access to your property requires a crane or Hiab, this service would be at the customer’s expense. However, we are more than happy to assist by recommending the most suitable solution. Simply provide us with photos or a short video of your access route, and our team will help organise the best and safest option for your delivery.

To run this Hot Tub, you'll need a dedicated 32 Amp hard-wired power supply with GFCI protection and a nearby maintenance disconnect switch. A sturdy, level base is essential to support the tub’s weight. Ensure 500 mm–600 mm clearance around the tub for delivery access and servicing, plus a site access path of 1 m width and 2.4 m height. You’ll also need standard hose access for filling and draining, plus routine maintenance supplies like sanitizers, pH balancing chemicals, and spare filters. All installations should be performed by a qualified electrician to ensure compliance and safety.
