Delivery Information

This product will be delivered and installed by our professional 2-man delivery team. On the agreed date, our team will carefully bring the item to your chosen location, position it safely, and complete the installation. All packaging will be removed and disposed of for your convenience, leaving the product fully set up and ready for use.

If access to your property requires a crane or Hiab, this service would be at the customer’s expense. However, we are more than happy to assist by recommending the most suitable solution. Simply provide us with photos or a short video of your access route, and our team will help organise the best and safest option for your delivery.

To run this hot tub, you’ll need a standard 13-amp outdoor socket with RCD protection, a flat, solid base such as reinforced decking, paving, or concrete to support its full weight when filled, and access to a garden hose for filling and draining the water. Regular water care is required, using chlorine or bromine sanitiser alongside the built-in ozone system, plus pH balancers and filters to keep the water clean and safe. An insulated cover (included) helps retain heat and reduce running costs, while periodic servicing and chemical top-ups will ensure long-term performance.
