Had an inflatable hot tub but had stored it over winter and the external pump developed a leak and the liner got damaged so decided to go for this rigid design this time. Easy to put together, managed to do it on my own. Very sturdy and was drawn to the energy saving aspect. Bought the thick base mat and extra insulation layer.
Nowhere to put chlorine tablets so just have to dose regularly.
Downloaded the app and had that working for a few days. The filter percentage dropped each day. When it got low I changed the filter but the percentage didn’t change. Turned the hot tub off and back on again but that made no difference in the app. Now I can’t get the app working again. Tried deleting it and reinstalling and repaired in but app fails with a “Have an accident” error all the time now. Hot tub is excellent but not impressed by the app.

I have toyed with the idea of a hot tub for the past few years; an inflatable just didn't float my boat and a rigid was just too expensive, this is where the Eco Foam is the perfect affordable middle option........ I now have an oasis of calm in the corner of the garden that i can climb into after an annoying day at work or be sociable and enjoy it with friends at the weekend. I can leave it running and ready to use knowing that it's not costing me a fortune as it's so well insulated and economical. My only regret as i sat in my hot tub on a cold evening i asked myself why had i not bought one sooner!

Amazing hot spa, holds heat really well when you cover it and return next day. I also bought the liner to go on top of the water to keep the water warm. It took a while to understand how to keep the water sanitised and clean all the time, bought the treatment kit, and also bought the floater and chlorine slow release tablets, so I don't have to keep changing the water. It stays clean, clear and safe for weeks. This hot spa was easy to build, takes about half day to warm up to max 40°. I like the function that it continue to heat up if the temp. drops. Easy to clean. It says for 6 people but I would say 4 to sit confortable. You dont need to buy seats as the bottom of the spa has slightly raised cushion so you don't feel you sitting on the floor. Regarding the energy cost I am worried about this as I keep the filter on all the time (very quite) 24/7. My energy bill came to £20 extra only. We love this hot tub, the only thing I would change iz if the bubbles function won't be so noisy. Also I love the fact the pump is integrated in the spa so it saves space and also protects from winter. We will see during the winter how easy is to maintain but should be okay with the top cover that this bundle comes with, waterproof. Buy it you won't regret. Really sturdy, you can even sit on the edges and keep all year round outside but very easy to dismantle if want to.

Setup was pretty easy, although it would be easier with two people, I tried it out for the first time the other night, very relaxing.

Great quality and easy to set up

I was sceptical of this hot tub, but it has turned out to be a pleasant suprise! For starters, the customer service is amazing. My outer liner got lost in the mail and customer service sent a replacement liner immediately. They are so good, they actually sent 3 liners in different colors to allow me my choice!

The hot tub was super easy to assemble and in 24 hours, the water had reached 104 degrees. The spa itself heats up really quickly and the bubbles are more powerful than I thought they would be even though they come from along the bottom perimeter. With the jets running, there is temperature loss and the heater can't keep up. We are at high altitude where our winters are no joke. I am anxious to see how this hot tub performs in the colder weather.

This is a great hot tub for the price, filling the massive gap between inflatable tubs and the £10k solid tubs.

Good product

Been on a few hot tub holidays recently and our kids loved them. Decided to take a punt on this as a compromise between an inflatable and a hard plastic hot tub.
We've been very impressed so far with everything - the build quality, delivery e.t.c. but the performance of the tub is what has surprised us the most. It keeps the heat very well even with just the standard lid and we've been using it throughout December, its very spacious and comfortable if you set it down on foam gym flooring or similar, the foam flooring also helps to keep the heat in.

I would recommend that you fill it up using hot water from the tap as its so much cheaper than adding cold water and letting the filter warm the water up. Once it is up to temperature, use the heater to keep it at the temperature and enjoy!
If you are not going to be using it for a while I would also suggest reducing the temperature down or draining the spa to keep your energy bills down.

Would (and do) recommend this to our friends and family.

The Tub has cushioned seating, which we were not expecting, which was a bonus. It heats up pretty quick and the jets are pretty good. We are now enjoying the Tub most days. Thank You.

It seems very well made after having two air up of another brand. I’m going to try this one just got it. Have to let you know on longevity but seems well mate looks nice and it is quiet.
